On Tuesday, April 30, the contents and objectives of the LIFE-Salinas project were presented at the meeting of the Steering Committee of the Regional Park. During this reunion, that took place in the multi-use room of the Visitors Center “Las Salinas” in San Pedro del Pinatar, was also presented the progress made so far, 8 months after the beginning of the Project .
The Steering Committee is a social-participation body that includes representatives of the Regional Government (Coastal Demarcation), different Departments of the Autonomous Community of Murcia, Local Government of San Pedro del Pinatar and the University of Murcia, as well as from other social groups such as the companies that develop their activity in the Regional Park, environmental NGOs and neighborhood associations.
